Who is Morgan?

Who is Morgan Anne French? On Tuesday, March 28, 2023, Morgan Anne French was killed in a car accident on her way to school in Lynchburg, VA. Sorrow and disbelief filled the halls of The King’s Academy high school upon hearing of the loss of their former, beloved, soon-to-graduate classmate. Morgan and her family had moved to Virginia that year after spending three years at The King’s Academy.

Morgan first came to The King’s Academy in the Fall of 2019 as a first-year high school student. From the very beginning, Morgan demonstrated a contagious drive and energy, seldom without a smile or a joke to tell. A friend of hers reflected that “Morgan had the biggest heart, friend or stranger, she had the ability to make you feel welcomed.” She combined that ability with a fervent passion for life, which extended through her enthusiastic support for the unborn.
