Hands

The "Hands" aspect of Leadership refers to the basic skills that one must have to lead.

 First, it must be clear that, as a society, we do not want leaders that have only developed the "Hands" aspect of leadership - this leads only to manipulation of the followers by the leader.

  • Strategies for decision and problem analysis

Leading

Students will... 

  • Implement the above training through leadership of student teams and inter-grade interaction
  • Establish rapport with team members
  • Guide team members to accomplish objectives in class, at leadership events and on service projects
